3. File Handling and Retention

• Files are processed only to generate reports.
• Retention Rules:

  • Normally deleted within 1 week.
  • If a file errors, we may retain it temporarily until fixed.
  • Secure deletion after retention period. • Reports are session-based; once you leave the results page, they must be regenerated.

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We only share with trusted vendors as needed to operate the Service:

• Digital Ocean (hosting)
