You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By signing up, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
ScheduleInsights.com provides online tools for analyzing project schedules.
• We currently support Primavera P6 (.XER) and Microsoft Project files (.MPP) (more may be added in the future).
• Uploaded files are processed by our proprietary algorithms to generate reports.
• Reports are available for download during your active session only.
• Subscription Plans: Offered monthly or annually. Annual plans are discounted.
• Automatic Renewal: Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may change prices but will give 30 days' notice before increases.
• Refunds: All fees are billed in advance, non-refundable (including unused portions of billing periods).
• Users: Sharing of accounts is not permitted. If it is found that an account is being shared, the account may be suspended or terminated, and no refund will be given.
• Standard Retention: Uploaded files are kept up to 1 week for processing.
• Error Retention: If a file causes errors, it may be kept temporarily until resolved.
• Deletion: All files are securely deleted after their retention period.
• Confidentiality: Files remain yours; we only use them to provide and improve the Service.
Reports are generated by automated algorithms.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for every purpose.
• You must independently verify results before relying on them for project decisions.
• Reports are not professional consulting advice.
Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.'
• We disclaim all warranties (express or implied).
• Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Account Sharing: Subscriptions are intended for individual use only. If we determine that you are sharing your account in order to avoid purchasing additional subscriptions, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded files.
• We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and methodologies.
• You grant us a limited license to process your files to provide or improve the Service.
• Governed by the laws of Idaho, USA.
• Disputes will first go through informal negotiations (90 days).
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration (no jury trials, no class actions).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, you will be required to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Continued use of the Service after acceptance of new Terms constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
